About Sahaya Practices

Sahaya Practices is a nest of services intended to help the body come back to itself.
Your safety and clinical integrity are the foundations of my care. This practice operates under strict medical-grade standards, which include adhering to HIPAA protocols and maintaining full professional liability and malpractice insurance. I am committed to providing a transparent, secure and fully compliant environment for both my clients and referring medical partners.
I have mindfully chosen 100% cotton across the board for linens and have them professionally laundered to hospital grade standards. For all bodywork services, I use EWG-verified Jojoba oil and topicals featuring only simple, organic ingredients.
Utilizing a comprehensive intake form allows me to deeply understand your unique needs and goals, ensuring we are the right fit. With your exclusive permission, I can partner directly with your physicians and specialists. By enabling secure access to my fully HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, your wider care team always stays effortlessly informed.
While I am unable to bill insurance companies directly, I am happy to provide you with a medical superbill upon request. Along with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your treating physician or surgeon, you can submit this superbill directly to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Finding Balance in a Stimulated World
In our modern world, we might not literally be chased by lions or dinosaurs, but we are regularly overstimulated. From technology and traffic to the next work, social, or school deadline, our days are often filled with an overwhelm that distances us from ourselves.
Living in this high-stress arena, we can unknowingly train our bodies into tendencies that pull us far away from our natural balance.
We are simply not designed to be chased for 16 hours a day only to attempt to rest for eight. Furthermore, human bodies do not just back up, turn off, and reboot like computers when we go to sleep.
The harmony of sympathetic and parasympathetic states is meant to be a symphony of action and ease. Our innate, dynamic nervous system allows us to rise to the challenges of life, but it must also be allowed to rest in a place of peace and cellular healing.
Through intentional bodywork, clinical massage, and dedicated yoga, we can build your proprioception and strengthen your nervous system's flexibility—helping you to better move between states of action and states of deep rest.
