As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), I have dedicated my career to mastering the body’s structural and fluid systems. My specialized training includes advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C) with a specific focus on complex post-surgical recovery and oncology considerations. To continuously elevate the level of care I provide, I am currently pursuing my nursing degree, ensuring that my clinical foundations remain at the absolute forefront of evidence-based practice.

True wellness requires a multi-dimensional approach, and my education will never stand still. Over the coming years, I am intentionally expanding my clinical certifications to introduce highly specialized services to the Sahaya menu. My multi-year evolutionary roadmap includes the upcoming launches of manual scar therapy, RN-administered IV hydration, Rolfing® Structural Integration, and comprehensive Ayurvedic Health Coaching, eventually culminating in advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner clinical care.
